Tofu Paratha
Ingredients
whole wheat flour: 1cup
firm tofu: 2 oz.
cooked tur dal: 1/2 cup
salt: 1/2 tsp
chilli powder: 1/2 tsp
jeera powder: 1/2 tsp
dhania powder: 1/2 tsp
pepper powder: 1/4 tsp
oil: 1tsp
coriander leaves: 1tbsp
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and keep it covered for an hour.
- Take a small portion of it and make it into a ball and roll it.
- Heat the griddle on medium flame, when it is hot enough put the paratha
on it and shallow fry on both sides till golden color.
Tip: left over mixed dals are a good substitute for dal asked in the recipe.
