Hi, I am Nanditha. I am a student in Washington DC pining for my mom's cooking.This recipe was given by my would be ma-in-law, a wonderful cook herself.

Lassoon Ki Chutney

Ingredients

1 whole bulb of Garlic
3 tablespoons of lime juice
12 green chillies (spicy...spicier)
salt to taste
a quarter of a bunch of coriander
1 tablespoon oil for frying

Method:

  1. Peel the cloves of Garlic.
  2. Fry them in the oil until slightly brown with the green chillies.
  3. Remove from pan and grind the Garlic and chillies along with the salt,lime juice and coriander.
  4. Grind to a chunky consistency.
  5. Easy chutney as easy as can be.
