Lassoon Ki Chutney
Ingredients
1 whole bulb of Garlic
3 tablespoons of lime juice
12 green chillies (spicy...spicier)
salt to taste
a quarter of a bunch of coriander
1 tablespoon oil for frying
Method:
- Peel the cloves of Garlic.
- Fry them in the oil until slightly brown with the green chillies.
- Remove from pan and grind the Garlic and chillies along with the salt,lime juice and coriander.
- Grind to a chunky consistency.
- Easy chutney as easy as can be.
