Mix Veg Kababs

Ingredients

a.. cooked rice(left over) -1/2 cup
b.. Dal(any leftover) -1/ cup
c.. capsicum 1- finely chopped
d.. carrots- 1 , Grated
e.. onions- 2 chopped
f.. tomatoes - 2 chopped.
g.. Cauliflower- Grated 1/2 cup
h.. Ginger/Garlic paste- 1tsp
i.. coriander leaves- chopped finely.
j.. chilli powder-1/2 tsp
k.. garam masala -1/2 tsp
l.. salt to taste
m.. redchilli powder-1/2 tsp
n.. Amchoor-1tsp
o.. Gram flour - 2tablespoon
p.. 1bread slice
q.. Oil for frying

Process

  1. Mix all the ingredients.
  2. Make balls of desired shape & size
  3. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the balls till crisp
  4. Can be served with tomato sause or dhaniya chutney
