Crispy Vada
Ingredients
Urad dhal ... 2 cups
Small onion - chopped ... 4 nos.
Coriander leaves " ... 1 cup
Curry leaves - chopped 1/2 cup
Green chillies -- cut ... 4 or 5 nos
Ginger - cut into small pcs. 1 inch
Salt to taste.
Oil ... to fry.
Procedure:
- Soak urad dhal for 2 hours and grind into a thick batter
- Add the required salt, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves, cut
coriander leaves and onion and mix well with the batter.
- Make vadas and fry it in oil with medium flame.
- Serve with chutney made of coconut.
