Mushroom Curry
Ingredients
2 Cans of Mushrooms
1 medium sized onion(chopped)
ginger/garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
corriender leaves Depends on Your Taste
turmeric 1/2 Tbs.
Chilli powder 1/2 Tbs.
Corriender leaves powder 1/2 Tbs.
Maharashtrian Black Masala(Garam Masala) 1/2 Tbs.
Jeera 1/4 tbs.
2 Tomatoes(chopped)
Green Chillies-2 (chopped)
Method:
- In a frying pan add oil.
- When the oil is hot add jeera, green chillies, onions.
- When they get fried, add turmeric, chilli powder, corriender leaves powder and tomatoes.
- Fry it for a minute.
- Add mushrooms & salt.
- Add some amount of water.
- When mushrooms are cooked add Garam masala.
- Heat it for a minute & add fresh corriender leaves to it.
