Mushroom Curry

Ingredients

2 Cans of Mushrooms
1 medium sized onion(chopped)
ginger/garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
corriender leaves Depends on Your Taste
turmeric 1/2 Tbs.
Chilli powder 1/2 Tbs.
Corriender leaves powder 1/2 Tbs.
Maharashtrian Black Masala(Garam Masala) 1/2 Tbs.
Jeera 1/4 tbs.
2 Tomatoes(chopped)
Green Chillies-2 (chopped)

Method:

  1. In a frying pan add oil.
  2. When the oil is hot add jeera, green chillies, onions.
  3. When they get fried, add turmeric, chilli powder, corriender leaves powder and tomatoes.
  4. Fry it for a minute.
  5. Add mushrooms & salt.
  6. Add some amount of water.
  7. When mushrooms are cooked add Garam masala.
  8. Heat it for a minute & add fresh corriender leaves to it.
