I am Veena Raj from US, try this almond chutney needs few Ingredients,you can replace traditional coconut to almonds for its nutrition facts,try this.

Almond Chutney

Ingredients

Almonds 1 cup
Green Chillies 4 to 6
garlic /ginger small piece
coriander leaves.
tamarid small piece
salt for taste

seasoning:
oil
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Curry leaves 4 to 6

Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Grind all the Ingredients
  2. Grind finely.
  3. Heat oil for seasoning, add mustard/jeera seeds, curry leaves and add in to chutney, mix well.
