Bread Veg Upma

Ingredients

Bread - 10 slices
Onion - 2
tomato - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
green chilli - 2
Vegetable boiled-carrot potato cauliflower beans - 1 cup
or you can use 1 cup frozen veg.
oil
mustard seeds
curry & coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Cut the bread into small pieces.
  2. Take a pan put two table spoon oil fry the bread pieces.
  3. Keep it in a bowl.
  4. Again put ! tsp oil in a pan.
  5. Add mustard seeds {saunf half tsp optional] curry leaves
  6. Add onion green chilli ginger garlic paste one by one fry them.
  7. Then add tomato.allow it to cook.
  8. Add half cup water and boiled veggies.
  9. Add bread pieces and salt.
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  11. It is very good for breakfast. For children don't use green chilli.
