Bread Veg Upma
Ingredients
Bread - 10 slices
Onion - 2
tomato - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
green chilli - 2
Vegetable boiled-carrot potato cauliflower beans - 1 cup
or you can use 1 cup frozen veg.
oil
mustard seeds
curry & coriander leaves
Method:
- Cut the bread into small pieces.
- Take a pan put two table spoon oil fry the bread pieces.
- Keep it in a bowl.
- Again put ! tsp oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds {saunf half tsp optional] curry leaves
- Add onion green chilli ginger garlic paste one by one fry them.
- Then add tomato.allow it to cook.
- Add half cup water and boiled veggies.
- Add bread pieces and salt.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- It is very good for breakfast. For children don't use green chilli.
