Hi I am Sindhu, I enjoy cooking and tried many of the Bawarchi dish all are nice. Try my favorite is mushroom fry it very good with chappathi, paratha and Kaboos.

Mushroom Fry

Ingredients

1. 250 grams mushroom cut into slices
2. 1 nos ripe tomato
3. 4 button onion
4. 4 cloves garlic
5. 1 small piece of ginger
6. 1tsp turmeric
7. 2 tsp coriander powder
8. 1 tsp chilli
9. 4 nos curry leaves
10. little fresh coriander leaves
11. salt to taste
12. oil 3 tablespoon

Method:

  1. Grind together items from 2 to 9 into fine paste.
  2. Mix the slices of mushroom with this masala pastealong with salt
  3. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat a nonstick pan pour oil.
  5. When the oil become hot add the mushroom
  6. Stir until it cook well.
  7. Remove it from fire and add coriander leaves.
