Mushroom Fry
Ingredients
1. 250 grams mushroom cut into slices
2. 1 nos ripe tomato
3. 4 button onion
4. 4 cloves garlic
5. 1 small piece of ginger
6. 1tsp turmeric
7. 2 tsp coriander powder
8. 1 tsp chilli
9. 4 nos curry leaves
10. little fresh coriander leaves
11. salt to taste
12. oil 3 tablespoon
Method:
- Grind together items from 2 to 9 into fine paste.
- Mix the slices of mushroom with this masala pastealong with salt
- Keep aside for 5 minutes.
- Heat a nonstick pan pour oil.
- When the oil become hot add the mushroom
- Stir until it cook well.
- Remove it from fire and add coriander leaves.
