Rui Fish with Peas
Ingredients
Rui fish 4 pieces
Green pea paste 200 gms
Tomatoes 2, diced into small pieces
Green chillies 4, slit
Onion paste 2 tablespoons
Ginger paste 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Mustard oil 4 tablespoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Procedure
- Mix fish with turmeric powder and a little salt
- Fry and keep aside
- Heat mustard oil
- Add onion paste, ginger paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt & sugar to it
- Cook well.
- Add tomatoes, green peas and cook for some more time.
- Add the fish and a little water and cook till done.
