Instant Vegetable Vadas
Ingredients
1 cup Besan (gram flour)
1 cup Maida
1 cup Rava
1 cup Cabbage - cut finely
1 medium Onion finely cut
4 Green Chillies
1 spoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1 teaspoon Dhania Powder, Jeera Powder, Hing powder. (you may also add whole dhania or black pepper seeds)
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Method:
Mix water to make dough and shape into vadas and fry till golden brown. Enjoy crispy vadas with mint chutney and tomato sauce.
Note: You may add dalia, greenpeas or even grated coconut / carrot or even spinach or any other green vegetables. Go ahead and create your own vadas. For more crispy effect add 1/2 cup off rice flour. Do try and don't forget to send in feedback to sainetra@yahoo.com
