Paneer Butter Masala
Ingredients
500 gms paneer (cut into cubes)
100 gms boiled green peas
50 gms boiled french beans
50 gms boiled carrot
oil for frying
9 tomatoes (gravy)
4 onions (gravy)
5 garlic
5 green chilies
1/2" piece ginger
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp sauf
1 cup curd
2cup water
3 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp cornflour
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp sugar
11/2 tbsp coriander powder
11/2 tbsp red chillies powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Preparation:
- Scoop out some paneer from the center of each cube.
- Mash all the boiled vegetables and mix them with salt, chopped chilies and sauf.
- Stuff this in paneer cubes. add water to conflour and pour this over the paneer cubes and deep fry.
- Grind ginger, garlic, chilies and jeera. heat oil in a vessel.
- Satue onion gravy and the grind ingredients till golden brown.
- Add the tomato gravy and cook for some time.
- Add coriander powder, red chilies powder and turmeric powder and satue till oil separates.
- Add curd, water, salt, sugar and garam masala.
- Pour hot gravy over the cubes.
- Garnish with pudina leaves.
- Serve hot.
