Paneer Butter Masala

Ingredients

500 gms paneer (cut into cubes)
100 gms boiled green peas
50 gms boiled french beans
50 gms boiled carrot
oil for frying
9 tomatoes (gravy)
4 onions (gravy)
5 garlic
5 green chilies
1/2" piece ginger
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp sauf
1 cup curd
2cup water
3 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp cornflour
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp sugar
11/2 tbsp coriander powder
11/2 tbsp red chillies powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. Scoop out some paneer from the center of each cube.
  2. Mash all the boiled vegetables and mix them with salt, chopped chilies and sauf.
  3. Stuff this in paneer cubes. add water to conflour and pour this over the paneer cubes and deep fry.
  4. Grind ginger, garlic, chilies and jeera. heat oil in a vessel.
  5. Satue onion gravy and the grind ingredients till golden brown.
  6. Add the tomato gravy and cook for some time.
  7. Add coriander powder, red chilies powder and turmeric powder and satue till oil separates.
  8. Add curd, water, salt, sugar and garam masala.
  9. Pour hot gravy over the cubes.
  10. Garnish with pudina leaves.
  11. Serve hot.
