Potato Daal
Ingredients
Moong dal - 1 cup
Potatoes (Cut into medium pieces) - 3 (Medium)
Onion (cut into small pieces) - 1 cup
Garlic - 2-3 flakes
Green chilies - 2-3
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Method
- Cook moong dal with 2 cups of water, potatoes, little salt, & garlic
In a pan heat oil, add onions and fry for few minutes.
- Now add greenchillies, tomatoes and chilli powder.
- After few minutes, add the mashed moong dal and little water if required.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- It is great with rotis.
