My name is Mitsui and live in New Jersey. This is very different type of bhel that I tried at one of my party. Everyone loved it. Its little crunchy! its bhel with little touch of western.

Cronton Bhel

Ingredients

1 box of cronton or (can fry piece of bread too)Onion, chopped 1 big
Tomato, chopped 1 big
Potatoes, boiled, peeled, diced 2-3 nos.
Coriander leaves, chopped 1/2 cup
Peanuts, crushed 1 tbsp.
Sev 1/2 cup

Tamarind chutney 1/4 cup
Green chutney 1/4 cup
Garlic chutney (if you want) not necessary.

Method:

Place cronton in a bowl. Add potatoes, tomato, onion, sev, peanuts, add all chutney. Garnish with Coriander leaves. Serve.
