Bhatura

Ingredients

2 cups All purpose flour
Club soda
Salt as per taste
2 tbsp oil

Method:

  1. Mix all purpose flour with club soda, Salt to taste & 2 tbsp of oil (Add soda until it becomes stiff dough).
  2. Keep it for 2 hours.
  3. Roll it like chapati & deep fry in hot oil.
  4. Serve bhatura immediately with chole.(Or else it will become soggy after 5mins)
