Mutter Dhingri
Ingredients
1 tea cup peas
200 gms fresh mushrooms
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tea cup curds
4 tablespoon oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
grind together:
2 tbsp poppy seeds
2 tsp cashewnuts
Method:
- Heat oil and fry untill brown,add ginger garlic paste,tomato and cook untill soft
- Add garam masala powder cashewnut and poppy seed paste
- Cook untill it leave the sides
- Add peas and mushroom and curds.and cook for 5 min.
- Serve hot with roti or naan
