Misti Dohi
Ingredients
1 tin sweetened condensed milk
1 cup thick milk
1 cup thick curd
Method:
- In a steel bowl that fits into your pressure cooker, blend all the ingredients with an egg whisk.
- Cover tightly with foil.
- Place on the rack of your pressure cooker with about 1/2 cup water.
- Bring to pressure and cook on simmer for 7 mins.
- Turn off the gas and leave to cool naturally.
- Remove from cooker.
- When cool enough refrigerate till absolutely cold.
- Enjoy it plain or with fruit.
- You could even serve with fried cashews and raisins.
- Delicious, specially in summer.
