Misti Dohi

Ingredients

1 tin sweetened condensed milk
1 cup thick milk
1 cup thick curd

Method:

  1. In a steel bowl that fits into your pressure cooker, blend all the ingredients with an egg whisk.
  2. Cover tightly with foil.
  3. Place on the rack of your pressure cooker with about 1/2 cup water.
  4. Bring to pressure and cook on simmer for 7 mins.
  5. Turn off the gas and leave to cool naturally.
  6. Remove from cooker.
  7. When cool enough refrigerate till absolutely cold.
  8. Enjoy it plain or with fruit.
  9. You could even serve with fried cashews and raisins.
  10. Delicious, specially in summer.
