Spinach Soup
Ingredients
Spinach leaves - 125 gms.
Garlic paste - 1 spoon
Ginger paste - 1 spoon
Salt as per taste
Corn flour - 2 spoons
1 heaped spoon grated kraft cheese
sugar - 1 spoon
butter - 1 spoon
Procedure:
- Blanch the Spinach leaves and blend it in a mixie. Make a fine paste. In a kadai/ pan add butter.
- Add Spinach paste, sugar ginger paste and garlic paste.
- Add corn flour. Then add cheese and salt. While serving garnish with a dot of butter, cheese and black pepper powder. Serve hot.
