Spicy Fish Delight

Ingredients

Rui or bhetki fish 500 gm
Onion paste 4 tablespoon
Garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Ginger paste 1/2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
Cummin powder 1/2 teaspoon
Sour Curd 100 gms
Garam masala 1/2 tablespoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Oil 4 tablespoon
Salt to taste

Procedure:

  1. Wash the pieces of fish well, dry and keep aside
  2. Mix all the ingredients including oil,except sugar, well and apply on the pieces of fish
  3. Allow to marinate for about 2 hours
  4. Add half a cup of water and allow to cook well
  5. Add the sugar
  6. Remove from fire when done and garnish with coriander leaves
  7. Serve hot with rice
