Ricotta Con Salsa Di Pomodoro
(Paneer in spicy tomato sauce)
Ingredients
Paneer : 250 gm
Tomatoes : 4 large
Garlic : 4 pieces
Cumin seed : 2tbsp
Coriander seed: 1tsp
Oil : 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves for garnishing
salt to taste
Method:
- Cut four tomatoes and grind it with garlic in the mixer.
- Roast cumin and coriander seed and grind to fresh powder.
- In a heavy bottom pan heat oil and fry the paneer cubes till lightly brown. Keep the paneer aside and in the same oil put the tomatoes and garlic mixture .
- When it boils put the paneer and let it be cooked till done.
- Before taking out of the oven sprinkle the dry masala. Garnish it with green coriander and serve it with hot chapatis.
