Hello,
My name is Sana and I love cooking. I would like to send a recipe which my mom-in-law taught me. I'm sure all of you will like it a lot.

E-mail: sanaabc@yahoo.co.in

Bhara Baingan

Ingredients

1/2 kg small fresh brinjals slit into 4 to fill the mixture.

For the filling:

1 big bunch coriander leaves shredded
1-2 tbsp dhania powder
1 tbsp chilli powder
1-2 tbsp ginger-chilli paste
3-4 pods garlic crushed
1/4 tsp haldi
hing a pinch
salt as per taste
1 spoon oil

Method:

  1. Mix all the above and fill the brinjals.
  2. In a non stick pan, pour some oil and drop the brinjals in them.
  3. Cover with a lid and let it simmer for 15-20 mins. Keep stirring occasionally. When almost done add remaining masala if any and pour a bit of water.

Your Bhara Baingan is ready to eat! Hope you like them. Do drop me a mail on your experience.
