I'm Krishna Sree from Portland,Oregon.I am fond of cooking love to try new recipes.Here is my new recipe Cauliflower Pakodas for you.This is an easy one and very tasty.

Cauliflower Pakodas

Ingredients

Gram flour(Besan)-2 cups
Rice flour -one cup
2 tablespoons of Red chilli powder
A pinch of Baking powder
Salt to taste
3 cups of water
Oil to deep fry
Cauliflower florets

Method:

  1. Add the flours,salt,chilli powder ,Baking soda with sufficient of water.
  2. Don't pour so much of water batter must be somewhat thick.
  3. Add washed florets into the batter and keep aside.
  4. Heat the oil in a saucepan and deep fry these florets till golden brown.
  5. Remove from oil and serve hot with green chutney or Tomato sauce.
