Sambharam
Ingredients
Curd: 1 cup
Water: 3 cups
Green chilles: 2-3 diced
Ginger: 1" (Grated)
Curry leaves: 10-12 leaves
Asofetida(Hing): 1 pinch
Salt: As per your taste
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to a blender.
- Blend it for a minute.
- Pour the Sambharam to a tall glass.
- Add some ice cubes and decorate it with mint
leaves.
