Fish Fingers
Ingredients for Cooking
Fish(boneless) - 250gms(pref salmon)
Tomato sauce - 4 tsp
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Chilly powder - 1/2tsp
Salt - to taste
Bread crumbs
Method:
- Microwave the fish for 4 mins.
- Remove off the skin & scramble the fish.
- Add tomato and soy sauce, chilly powder, salt.
- Roll the fish into fingers & coat with bread crumbs.
- Microwave it again or deep fry in oil or shallow fry in a tawa.
- Serve with tomato sauce...
