I am Vidya Iyer. This is the recipes for Til Ladoos which are made in a slightly different manner. Some people cannot enjoy eating the original til laddoos because of tooth problems, so here is  a new one, try this one and give me your precious comments.

Til Ladoos

Ingredients for Cooking

Til - 1 cup
peanuts - 1/2 cup
jaggery - 11/2 cups - 2 cups (depending upon each one's taste)
ghee - 4 tsps

Method:

  1. Dry roast the til till it becomes slightly brown. Keep aside
  2. Dry roast the peanuts till it becomes brown, keep aside.
  3. Powder both these till coarse powder.
  4. Make the kadai hot for 5 mins and put off the gas.
  5. In the hot kadhai, add jaggery and mix well till it melts.
  6. Make sure that the jaggery has been melted well, do not make syrup with the gas on.
  7. Add hot ghee and the powder and mix well with the hand.
  8. Make laddoos immediately.
