Quick Rasmalai
Ingredients for Cooking
100 gms of full cream Milk powder
1 egg
1 tbsp. sodabicarb,
1 Liter of whole milk
200ml. of condensed milk.
Elaichi powder,
Almonds cut in small pcs.
Method:
- Beat the egg properly with eggbeater.
- In a bowl mix 100 gms of milk powder with 1 tbsp of sodabicarb.
- Add beaten egg slowly to this milk powder to make it soft dough like.
- Make 24 parts of it, prepare small balls of each piece and flatten it a bit on hand only.
- Boil one liter of whole milk, add condensed milk to it.
- Slower the flame , put flatten balls one by one in boiling milk.
- Keep it on low flame for another ten to twelve mins.
- Remove from flame, put elaichi powder.
- Keep in refrigerator for minimum five hours.
- Decorate with almonds pcs. and serve.
- You can also add saffron for flavor and color.
