Egg Parotu
Ingredients for Cooking
6 table spoons of Oil.
4 or 5 Eggs
1/4 tbsp of Ginger & Garlic Paste.(Option.)
1-1/2 tbsp of dry chilli Powder.
1-1/2 of Salt.
1 bunch of Coriander leaves.
3 Spoons of Milk(Option.If you like you add or else not.)
Method:
- Peal onions & cut into small pieces.
- Keep vessel on stove.Then put oil into it.
- Put pieces of onions and ginger paste.
- Fry until it becomes into semi-brown.
- Then add eggs sona (Inside of an Egg).
- Through away the egg shells. Mummy had a big Doubt that you will put Egg Shells also).
- Put dry chilli powder and salt.
Mix the curry well with spoon
- Now you can add milk also if you want.
- Then keep the lid on the vessel.
- With in five to 10 minutes the curry will be ready. Within this 5 to 10 minutes mix the curry 2 to 3 times.
- Now you can arrange coriander leaves on top of the curry
- Curry is ready now.
For 4 or 5 members.
