Bread Tukde

Ingredients for Cooking

Bread slices 5-6
Chillies green 2-3
coriander
Tomato 1
Curry leaves 4-5
Butter 1tbspn
curd 2 tbspn
Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut the bread slices into square pieces. Keep aside
  2. Take 1tbsp of butter add mustard seeds when hot allow to splutter then add green chillies add curry leaves.
  3. Add tomato pieces allow it to heat to 3-4 min then add salt & chilli powder to taste.
  4. Then add the bread pieces mix it properly then add curd. Mix it well cover it for 1-2 min.
  5. Snacks ready to serve
