Quick Rice Vada
Ingredients for Cooking
1) Left Over Cooked Rice - 1 Bowl
2) Besan (Gram Flour) - 2 Tabelspoons
3) Wheat Flour - 1 Table spoon
4) Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
5) Green Chilli Cut into small Pieces - 1 teaspoon
6) Coriander Chopped into small Pieces
7) Turmeric
8) Chilli Powder(if U want it more Spicy)
9) Salt to taste
10) Oil to fry
Method
- Mix all the above Ingredients together to form a thick batter
- Roll it into a vada shaped tikki and deep fry in oil till brown on both sides.
- Serve it hot with tomato sauce/Ketchup or coriander chutney
