Aval Ladoo
Ingredients for Cooking
1 cup white puffed rice
1 /2cup coconut grated
3/4 cup granulated sugar
5 spoonfull milk
a bit cardamom
1/4 cup ghee
Method:
- Take the puffed rice and heat it in a fry pan.
- Stir well. Put off the gas and cool it for 5 minutes.
- Grind aval, coconut, sugar & cardamom in a mixy.
- Take a kadai (big one) heat it and add ghee to it.
- When the ghee is hot, add the ground ingredients and stir well.
- Stir for 3minutes.add milk to this &stir well for another 2 minutes. (u can add almonds or cashews if u like it.)
- Turn off the gas after 5 minutes, make it in lemon sized ball shape using your hand.
- It may be a little hot to your hand, but u have to do so to get it in nice shape.
