Liver Masala

Ingredients for Cooking

Liver (goat) - 1/2 kg (cut into smalls)
Onions - 2 medium sized
Ginger garlic paste - 1 table spoon
Chilli powder - 1-1/2 table spoon
Dhania powder- 1 table spoon
Green chillis - 3
Lemon juice - 1 table spoon
Mint & coriander
Salt - to taste
Oil - 4/5 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mix liver with salt,  lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, dhania powder and marinate for 10-15 mins.
  2. In a thick bottomed vessel add oil, add sliced onions.
  3. Fry until golden brown.
  4. Now add marinated liver to it and keep stirring.
  5. Don't add any water, allow it to fry in the oil only.
  6. Fry the liver till done and garnish it with mint and coriander leaves.

Note: Its very good as snack for drinks;)
