Liver Masala
Ingredients for Cooking
Liver (goat) - 1/2 kg (cut into smalls)
Onions - 2 medium sized
Ginger garlic paste - 1 table spoon
Chilli powder - 1-1/2 table spoon
Dhania powder- 1 table spoon
Green chillis - 3
Lemon juice - 1 table spoon
Mint & coriander
Salt - to taste
Oil - 4/5 tbsp
Method:
- Mix liver with salt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, dhania powder and marinate for 10-15 mins.
- In a thick bottomed vessel add oil, add sliced onions.
- Fry until golden brown.
- Now add marinated liver to it and keep stirring.
- Don't add any water, allow it to fry in the oil only.
- Fry the liver till done and garnish it with mint and coriander leaves.
Note: Its very good as snack for drinks;)
