Corn Masala
Ingredients for Cooking
1 pound frozen sweet corn.(or any frozen corn available),
oil for tempering,
little cumin seeds ( jeera) for tempering,
pinch of asafoetida,
1 tsp red chilli powder,
1 tsp turmeric powder,
1 tsp dhanajeera powder,
1 tsp garam masala powder,
salt acc to taste.
Method
- Take oil in non stick pan and heat.
- Add cumin or jeera once it changes its colour add asafoetida.
- Then add corn to it.
- Once it softens add rest of the above ingredients and let it mix with the corn.
- Once done remove from fire.
- Serve with adding a little lime juice to it.
Ready to serve chatpat snacks.It is very healthy for people of all ages.
