SPICY AND CRISPY CAULIFLOWER

Ingredients

1 medium size cauliflower.
2 handful of coriander leaves.
2 inches of ginger and 8 cloves of garlic.
 1 tbsp of pepper powder.
 1 pinch ajono-moto( tasting salt,you can get it  from any Indian or chine's groceries).
 1-1/2 oz soy sauce and 8 drops of vinegar(optional).
 1/2 tbsp of garam masala powder.
pinch of red color(optional) and little salt.
1 tbsp besan flour and 2 tbsp corn starch.
Oil to fry.

  Method

  1.  Cut cauliflower in floweret
  2. Make the paste with all ingredients except besan flour and corn starch
  3. Wash the flower in hot water and drain it in a drainer
  4. Mix the paste to flower and marinate it atleast for 1/2 hour and to a maximum of 3-4 hours
  5. Then mix the besan and corn starch, fry until it become crispy.
