Kanji 

Ingredients- Pumpkin - 200 gms
Brinjal/Eggplant - 200 gms
Radish - 200 gms
Turmeric powder
Ginger
Chilli powder
Salt
Yogurt - 250 gms
Water - 1 litre

Method

  1. Cut Pumpkin and Brinjal into 1" cubes.
  2. Cut round slice of radish.
  3. Add cut vegetable and spices to the water and boil for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Set aside to cool it.
  5. Churn yogurt into smooth paste and add to the cooled boiled vegetable.
  6. Adjust salt/chilli according to taste
