Kanji
Ingredients-
Pumpkin - 200 gms
Brinjal/Eggplant - 200 gms
Radish - 200 gms
Turmeric powder
Ginger
Chilli powder
Salt
Yogurt - 250 gms
Water - 1 litre
Method
- Cut Pumpkin and Brinjal into 1" cubes.
- Cut round slice of radish.
- Add cut vegetable and spices to the water and boil for 15-20 minutes.
- Set aside to cool it.
- Churn yogurt into smooth paste and add to the cooled boiled vegetable.
- Adjust salt/chilli according to taste
