Hi I'm Sujatha from Singapore. I was recommended this website by my mum's friend. I'm 17 and am picking up some easy recipes just to prepare for University next year. I love sweets and this is one of my favourite receipes

Therutipaal (Milk Halwa)

Ingredients

1 tin Milkmaid
3 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp ghee

Method

  1. Pour all the three in a microwavable bowl.
  2. Mix it well and cook in the microwave for 2 mins on High.
  3. Then remove and mix well and cook again for another 2 minutes on medium.
  4. Continue to do this until the mixture thickens to a halwa consistency.
  5. Don't forget to stir.
  6. For people who are good at cooking its easy to recognise if the dish is done by the smell.
  7. It takes about 10 mins altogether.
  8. Really easy and extremely tasty especially for people with a sweet tooth.

Enjoy!

Any easy microwave recipes are all welcome
