Sweet and Khari Biscuits

Ingredients

1 cup of rice flour
1 cup of plain flour
1/2 cup of wheat flour
1/4 tsp of salt
 red chilli powder a little bit
 4 or 5 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp ghee
Method

  1. Rice flour, plain flour and wheat flour mix with water, ghee, salt and chillipowder
  2. Make the dough as medium size balls and roll it as circle shape(just like chapathi)
  3. Cut it long slices and make 3 or 4 folds of each slice.
  4. Put kadai on the stove and pour oil in it and make deep fry all these slices in oil.
  5. Make sugar powder and sprinkle it on these biscuits.keep in air tight bottle
  6. You can eat it as a even snack.
