Rasam with no Tamarind
Ingredients
1 cup of rice flour
1 cup of plain flour
1/2 cup of wheat flour
1/4 tsp of salt
red chilli powder a little bit
4 or 5 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp ghee
Method
- Rice flour, plain flour and wheat flour mix with water, ghee, salt and chillipowder
- Make the dough as medium size balls and roll it as circle shape(just like chapathi)
- Cut it long slices and make 3 or 4 folds of each slice.
- Put kadai on the stove and pour oil in it and make deep fry all these slices in oil.
- Make sugar powder and sprinkle it on these biscuits.keep in air tight bottle
- You can eat it as a even snack.
