Dal Makhani

Note: All ingredient quantities are ap prox.

For 5 members Ingredients

200 gms blackdal
20gms chanadal
20gms rajma
Method:

     
  1. Mix all the dal and  sock over night,
  2. After 8 to 10 hours boil it adding salt according to ur test,
  3. Take a pan put a tab spoon of ghee after the ghee  become warm add a tbsp add fresh cream,
  4. Now add 1 teaspoon jeera, fry till the jeera turns brown,
  5. Add to it 1 teaspoon of finely chopped garlic and  1 teaspoon ginger,
  6. Fry for some time, add to it a packed of 200 grm, tomato pure, fry it properly,
  7. Add to ur test put dhaniya powder, red chilli powder,  haldhi powder, kasturi mathi 1 teaspoon,  mix it thoroughly,
  8. Now add 1 more tbsp of fresh cream and let it cook for some time,
  9. If u want add a pinch of orange red color,
  10. We put the boiled dal,in this gravy and let it cook     for 10 to 15 min and sim gas,

Now ur delicious dalmakhani is ready to server
