Cabbage Junaka
Note: All ingredient quantities are ap prox.
Ingredients
200gms cabbage finely cut
2 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 onion finely cut
1 cup gram flour
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
11/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
1/2 cup cut coriander leaves
1/4 cup oil
Method
- Heat oil in a kadai. When hot add garlic and onion fry till pink .
- Add cabbage and fry again till brown add all masalas.
- Add salt and stir fry. Add little water about 1/4 cup.
- When cabbage is cooked add garam flour and mix well.
- Cook covered for 10mins on slow flame.
- Add coriander leaves and serve with roti.
