Vermicili Burfi
Note: All ingredient quantities are ap prox.
Ingredients
One tin condensed milk - sweetened
Vermicelli - 2 cups
Coconut grated - 1 cup
Badam powdered - 1 cup
5-6 strands saffron - boiled in 1\4 cup milk
- Saute well vermicelli in a pan.
- Cook vermicelli in water till its soft.
- Take a pan and add milk maid, coconut, vermicelli, badam powder and mix well.
- Stir continuously for 3 minutes.
- Add saffron .turn off the gas.
- Cool it and cut it into pieces of desired shape and size. if you want more sweetness you can add sugar.
