Vermicili Burfi

Note: All ingredient quantities are ap prox.

Ingredients

One tin condensed milk - sweetened
Vermicelli - 2 cups
Coconut grated - 1 cup
Badam powdered - 1 cup
5-6 strands saffron -  boiled  in 1\4 cup milk
 

  1. Saute well vermicelli in a pan.
  2. Cook vermicelli in water till its soft.
  3. Take a pan and add milk maid, coconut, vermicelli, badam powder and mix well.
  4. Stir continuously for 3 minutes.
  5. Add saffron .turn off the gas.
  6. Cool it and cut it into pieces of desired shape and size. if you want more sweetness you can add sugar.
