Moong Salad

Ingredients

1 cup moong sprouts
1 cup pomegranate
1/2 cup fresh coconut grated
A pinch of hing
Curry leaves , red chillies , mustard and 1/2 tbsp oil for seasoning
Method

  1. Mix moong , pomegranate and coconut in a bowl .
  2. Heat oil in a small kadai .
  3. Add mustard seeds , curry leaves , red chillies and hing.
  4. Allow the mustard seeds to splutter
  5. Add this to the mixture in the bowl .
