Moong Salad
Ingredients
1 cup moong sprouts
1 cup pomegranate
1/2 cup fresh coconut grated
A pinch of hing
Curry leaves , red chillies , mustard and 1/2 tbsp oil for seasoning
Method
- Mix moong , pomegranate and coconut in a bowl .
- Heat oil in a small kadai .
- Add mustard seeds , curry leaves , red chillies and hing.
- Allow the mustard seeds to splutter
- Add this to the mixture in the bowl .
