Methi Bhajiya

Ingredients

One bunch of fresh methi leaves.
One cup gram(chana) flour.
1/4 tsp Garlic crushed.
Salt as per taste
Oil for deep frying

Method

  1. Add half cup water to gram flour.
  2. Add methi ...garlic...salt to taste.
  3. Deep fry in hot oil .
