Methi Cutlet

Ingredients

Methi - 1 small bunch(finely chopped)
Paneer- 100 gms( grated)
Aloo - 3 (grated. squeeze water from grated aloo)
Peppercorns (7 -8) Green chillies (4-5) depending
Green chillies (4-5) depending on your taste
Coriander leaves (chopped)
Besan-- 4 tsp
Rice flour 2 tsp
Ginger (small piece)
Lemon juice
Salt to taste

Method

  1. Mix grated aloo ,paneer and chopped methi in a bowl
  2. Add coriander , chopped ginger
  3. Grind pepper corns , green chillies and add to the bowl
  4. Add rice flour and besan to it and mix it well
  5. Now add lemon juice and salt
  6. Mix it well , make small balls with the mixture .
  7. Roll them on bread crumbs and deep fry. you can also shallow fry
  8. Serve with Imli chutney
