I am Rainamit I am married  to a merchant navy officer due to which I have had the opportunity to taste various food all over the world. Here is one of my favourites dishes which can be eaten as snacks , main dinner with soup and fish . it is easy to cook and needs very less time.

Potato Souffle

Ingredients

6 pieces potato
1 tbsp curd
2 eggs
salt as per taste
pepper as per taste
3 tblsp grated cheese

Method

  1. Bake the potato till done.
  2. Then cut then into half and scoop out the soft potato part firm inside.
  3. In another bowl separate the egg white and beat it till fluffy and thick.
  4. Add the scooped out potato content to the 1tbl sp curd , cheese and the yellow of the egg.
  5. Mix them well and then add the white egg.
  6. Mix them well with salt and pepper and stuff them back into the potato and bake them again till the cheese turn golden in colour.
  7. Serve it with mayonnaise or with coleslaw or white sauce .
