Hi, This Is Deepa Again... My earlier Contribution Was "Good Rasam"... This is Quick Rice Vada which can be made in a Jiffy and also very Yummy and a easy to make evening Snack...
Left Over Cooked Rice - 1 Bowl
Besan (Gram Flour) - 2 Tablespoons
Wheat Flour - 1 Table spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Green Chilli Cut into small Pieces - 1 teaspoon
Coriander Chopped into small Pieces
Turmeric
Chilli Powder(if U want it more Spicy)
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Method
Mix all the above ingredients together to form a thick batter
Roll it into a vada shaped tikki
Deep fry in oil till brown on both sides
Serve it hot with tomato sauce/ketchup or coriander chutney
