Quick Rice Vada

Ingredients

Left Over Cooked Rice - 1 Bowl
Besan (Gram Flour) - 2 Tablespoons
Wheat Flour - 1 Table spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Green Chilli Cut into small Pieces - 1 teaspoon
Coriander Chopped into small Pieces
Turmeric
Chilli Powder(if U want it more Spicy)
Salt to taste
Oil to fry

Method

  1. Mix all the above ingredients together to form a thick batter
  2. Roll it into a vada shaped tikki
  3. Deep fry in oil till brown on both sides
  4. Serve it hot with tomato sauce/ketchup  or coriander chutney
