Hi, I am Vanithasaran. I got married just now. So I don't know more about cooking. I know little. I learnt lot of items from bawarchi .com. it's a very useful site. This is my first contribution. hope u enjoyed a lot.

Chana Kulambu

Ingredients

Tomato - 1 nos.
Onion - 1 nos.
White chana(sundal) - 2 cups.
Coriander leaves - some amount.

Method

  1. Soak the chana for 10 hrs.
  2. Cut the onions and tomatoes into small pieces.
  3. Heat the pan. add some oil,mustard,curryleaves.
  4. Put the onion into the pan. deep fry the onion until it turns brown.
  5. Then add tomato. deep fry the tomatoes till it becomes gravy.
  6. Boil the chana in cooker for 15 minutes.
  7. Now add the boiled chana into the pan. add some salt, daniya powder, chilli powder for taste.
  8. Leave it for 5 min. finally add some coriander leaves for smell.
