Pachhadi
Ingredients
Tomatoes - 2 nos
Ginger - 2 inches
Green chillies - 4or5
Marble size tamarind
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves a bunch
Method
- Grind all this ingredients together for seasoning
- Heat oil put mustard seeds, channa dal, curry leaves,and small onion
- Fry onion for 1or 2 mins
- Then put ground ingredients and cook till raw smell disappears ur pachiidi is ready.
