Hi this is Prabha Bala again from Long Island, NY. This is an easy recipe got from my mother-in-law Mrs.Anandhavalli Swaminathan.My husband Bala, love to have this while watching Foot Ball.

Mutton Kola

Ingredients

Mutton(boneless) - 1/2 Lb (Chopped finely)
Coconut - 2 tbsp
Roasted Channa - handful
Cardamom
Cloves - 3
Ginger Garlic (paste) - 1tsp
Onion - 1 medium size (Chopped)
Green Chillies - 2 - 3 (chopped)
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry

Method

  1. Grind mutton, coconut, roasted channa, cardamom, cloves, ginger-garlic paste and salt together. (Sprinkle water if necessary).
  2. Put the ground meat in a plate and add onion and green chillies.
  3. Mix them well .
  4. Make into small balls.
  5. Then deep fry them (till Brown)
  6. Enjoy with tomato sauce/ketchup.
  7. You can prepare likewise in Chicken.
