Hi, I am Mahayana Singaravelavan.I am very fond of cooking all types of dishes.I have a simple recipe to be shared.Hope you'll like this simple and easy recipe.

Semolina Ghee Biscuit

Ingredients

4 cups off wheat (sift)
1 and half cups of semolina (blend dry)
1 and half cups of icing sugar
1 cup of almonds ( blend in to powder form)
A pinch of salt
Ghee (required till dough forms)

Method

  1. Mix in wheat,semolina,sugar,almond and a pinch  of salt. Mix well.
  2. Next,add in ghee and mix well till pliable dough  forms. 
  3. Make into small balls and place them on a greased tray.
  4. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes at 360 Fahrenheit.
