Soya Nuggets with Cabbage Ingredients Thinly sliced Cabbage - 2 cups Soya nuggets - 1 cup Onion - 1 big Tomato - 1 big Ginger paste - 1tsp Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp Dhania powder -1/2 tsp Oil - 2 tsp Salt to taste Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Method Soak the soya nuggets in hot water for 10-15 minutes. At the same time heat oil in a pan and add thinly sliced onions to it. Fry the onion till it becomes golden brown. Add ginger paste and turmeric powder and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the finely chopped tomato. Fry it till tomato gets tender. Then add the jeera and dhania powder. Squeeze out the soya nuggets and add it to the fry. Fry it for 2 minutes and then add the thinly sliced cabbage. Add salt and simmer the flame. Cover it with a lid and cook till the cabbage is tender. The delicious curry is ready now.
