Hi, I am Sapna from Detroit, MI and I like to share one of my favorite recipe with you. This is the recipe I learned for my Mother In Law. Hope you enjoy it.

Prawn Curry

Ingredients

Prawns (cleaned and deveined) - 25 small ones
Onion -  3 medium
Oil - 2 tblsps
Mrichi Powder  - 2 tsp
Tamarind paste - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

Method

  1. Take oil in kadhai & saute the onions till golden brown.
  2. Add mirchi powder & tamarind paste and fry for couple of seconds.
  3. Now add the prawns & fry for 2 seconds.
  4. Add water and salt and cook till done.

Serving Size: 2-3 people
